Animal Emergency & Specialty Center - Poulsbo (AESC)

Although, like human emergency rooms the wait was long, they took very good care of my Anni. The staff is wonderful and very caring. It is nice to have a place to take your dog when you need help.

The staff at the clinic were all wonderful. I can’t imagine doing what they do everyday and they still maintain a caring and professional clinic. Yes, the wait can be long, but they triage quickly and prioritize the cases. I hope others don’t find a need for an emergency visit, but if you do, this clinic will provide a high quality of care.

As always, emergency vet care for our loved fur babies is stressful and emotionally exhausting. We have had to use them three times now and each experience was phenomenal. They go above and beyond to treat our patient with exceptional care along with keeping us updated continuously. Very grateful for them being there and providing such fantastic service.

This is our second trip and overnight stay within a year. I cannot speak more highly of them or have any greater confidence in the care they provided for "Percy". From the front desk to the vets and back room staff everyone is terrific and so caring.

I am so glad they were there for our kitty, when we suspected a life-threatening condition. They gave him good attention, doing appropriate tests, ruling out other possible diagnoses, and initiating treatment. I had last visited them about 30 years ago, and they are still highly professional and friendly. A tremendous asset for our community.

First, Dr. Brown was referred to me by two other vets who liked working with her. Second, the office was 100% responsive by phone and email, unlike other places that are hard to get through to and never pick up their phone.
