Dr. Rawnie Torres
Dr. Rawnie Torres started working at Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in November of 2021 and has been working in the veterinary field since 2004. She completed undergraduate studies at Evergreen State College and received her DVM from Washington State University in 2013. She worked as a general small animal practitioner before deciding to focus on emergency and integrative medicine. She has obtained her CVA (Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist) and CVMMP (Certified Veterinary Medical Manipulation Practitioner) and is currently pursuing her Master’s in TCVM and integrative veterinary medicine through the Chi University.
Rawnie and her husband of 15+ years are originally from Los Angeles, CA. They enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, and chasing after their many animals: 3 tiny humans, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.
